Banana Cake

Everyone loves banana cake!

Materials Required

100g Butter
¾ Cup Sugar
2 Eggs - Beaten
¼ Cup Milk
1 ½ Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
3 Ripe Bananas

Method

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy - if you are using a mix master, let your little one put it onto level 4. If this is not creaming as well as you would like you may add the milk with it and beat very well.
Have your little helper measure and sift the flour and baking soda into the butter/sugar mix
Have your little one (3 1/2 and over) carefully crack the eggs into a glass and mix with a fork
Combine the butter, eggs and milk (if not used previously) and add to the bowl.
Mash the bananas one at a time with a fork and add to the mixture.
Combine all ingredients well and pour into prepared tin.
Bake at 180°C for 50 minutes.
