Edible Mud Pies
Yummy Edible Mud (Chocolate) Pies your kids will love! Looks Disgusting, Tastes Delicious!
Materials Required
1/3 cup medium grain rice
1/4 cup malted chocolate powder
3 cups milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
Method
Rinse rice well
Whisk together milk, sugar and chocolate powder
Add liquid to the rice
Bring to boil over medium heat while stirring
Reduce heat, cover and cook on low heat for 35 minutes stirring every 5 minutes
Uncover and cook for a further 10 minutes while stirring.
Serve with fruit or ice cream on top.
