Cockington GreenThe miniature world of Cockington Green has grown considerably over the past 30 years and has certainly developed far beyond the original English village which opened in 1979. Today visitors can see meticulously maintained scenes from around the world including famous landmarks such as The Treasury (El Khazneh) Petra from Jordan in 1/50 scale; Borobudur Temple from Indonesia in 1/100 scale and Karlstejn Castle from the Czech Republic in 1/50 scale. They can enjoy a BBQ in the playground or if it is a touch cold why not visit the Rose Room indoor and check out the range of dolls houses including the 34 room Georgian Style Dolls House know as ‘Waverley”.

The best time to visit Cockington Green is definitely in spring when the grounds are beautifully accented with bright splashes of floral colour and the weather is warm but a visit anytime of the year will definitely be something your children will be talking about for a long time to come.
